I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, right in the heart of everything. The service was great and they offered so many amenities, like car hire and airport shuttle. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, like a mini-bar and in-room safe.

I would recommend this place to anyone!

The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from the main street, making it easily accessible by taxi or bus. It is also in close proximity to numerous bars in the alleys, perfect for those looking to explore the nightlife. being near the British consulate ensures a safe and secure environment. Guests can also enjoy a variety of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean and elegant, with friendly and helpful staff providing excellent service. Special mention goes to Ayca, the manager, for her attentive care and prompt assistance. The hotel also offers great WiFi and spacious rooms, perfect for working or relaxing.

The service can be inconsistent, with some guests experiencing lapses in housekeeping, such as rooms not being cleaned or coffee and water not being replenished.

Very good location and staff. I loved having central heating, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar. The building itself was nice with a green garden.

Everything was really good, but we stayed for 3 nights only. There were a private safe, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge in the room, loved that.

I recently had an very nice Easter getaway at a hotel in Istanbul. The room was spacious with vintage furniture that gave it a charming atmosphere. The cleanliness and maintenance were great. The staff was helpful and were really nice too cater to my preferences. They even brought me a plate of fruits and vegetables when I mentioned my preference for healthier options. they provided me with a mobile phone with a local internet SIM card, a pleasant surprise and saved me from expensive roaming charges. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from trendy bars, cafes, and shopping streets. It made it easy for me to explore the city, and the convenience of having a cash machine and pharmacy nearby was a bonus.

There were a few issues that could have been improved. The noise from the mosque outside the hotel was a bit disruptive, especially during the early morning prayers.

Excellent location near shops, pubs, and restaurants. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The interior design was cool with an old apartment style lift. The staff were welcoming and provided a mobile phone with internet access. The room facilities were new and breakfast was served at any time. The location was close to the main walking street.

Felt like they were family, no complaints at all.

The staff was super great, and the breakfast was great with a nice selection of cheese and fruits. The hotel is located in the city center and is walking distance from a lot of restaurants and bars. It's in a very central spot for transportation as the metro is very close to the hotel.

Well-situated near major attractions and accessible by bus and taxi. Friendly and helpful staff with a good range of amenities. Spacious and clean rooms with a mix of modern and antique design. Complimentary portable hotspot for guests to use outside the hotel.
